Many of you may know, one of my greatest sources of inspiration is my grandmother Bea. In the closing video of this series, I talk a little about care, concern, and the essence of human kindness.

Thank you. Now I have one more small thing I’d like to share on more of a personal note. I mentioned I married a Singaporean. I had the great privilege of having her here in the audience today. And if you would Hameeda would you just come walking on over here into the lights and she’s carrying with her a little Singaporean. Well this is our princess. Her name is Brighton, she’s safer with mommy. Good girl. You steal the show from daddy that’s good.
Over the weekend we had some news come in. It was a personal family kind of news. I have somebody very near and dear to me, who with her husband had their first child and after two hours the child passed away. And there were some malformations in the heart and the child wasn’t able to live. And as you can imagine that touches everybody in a very strong way. And she lived for two hours. You know she made that connection. They named her Rebecca Arielle means a lot to me because my grandmother’s name she’s since passed on but my grandmother’s name was Rebecca. I thought to myself, you know where’s Rebecca Arielle right now? She’s not on the ground floor. You know she’s not even on this side looking through the ceiling. She didn’t break through the ceiling and I think she just floated right up. And is in that place where all of us are gonna go one day. I thought if I know my grandma Rebecca she’s probably got little Rebecca sitting on her lap right now. And they’re looking down on us. I want you to know what they see. Well people running for their pagers you know somebody trying to overcome an objection or close a sale.
They’re looking down and just feeling compassion for all of us. And every once in a while I’ll bet you look down and they see somebody who does something it’s genuinely caring who shows a kind of concern that goes beyond what’s necessary to sell a policy, does something that the exercises some compassionate is the essence of human kindness, I believe that when that happens there’s a little spark that lights up your heart a little light. And I think that senior Rebecca and a little Rebecca are sitting there right now and “look at or look, there’s one, there’s one, there’s one, there’s one, there’s one crystal”. And my grandma is looking at this little one and saying sweetheart “that is what being alive is really all about”. That is the essence of human kindness. And that ladies and gentlemen is believable. Thank you very much.
