That’s why we suggest that you build a team of certified Workshop Leaders who exemplify a commitment to exceptional service, understand your existing service culture, and are eager to support their colleagues in delivering service excellence.

We offer Workshop Leader Certification Programs to educate these service leaders on the Uplifting service methodology. They will learn to facilitate the service improvement process, identify low-hanging fruit and quick wins, build consensus around appropriate action steps, and drive service improvement initiatives.

These Workshop Leaders are a crucial to creating a culture of service excellence. They translate leadership’s commitment to service into concrete, impactful service improvements. And by engaging, supporting, and facilitating their colleagues’ ideas and innovations, they help cascade the Uplifting Service principles and
methodology throughout the organization.

Workshop Leader Certification can be completed onsite or in a self-paced online format. Selected individuals from your organization are prepared to facilitate the continuous service improvement process with consistently outstanding results.
