Hello, Ron Kaufman here, again, in my home library with another book recommendation.
Every once in a while. I don’t want to read more business books. I’m not interested in science and not looking at politics, although I love the topics, I just want somebody that’s going to be a lighter read.
So, I go to the list of Pulitzer Prize winning titles in fiction category, and one of them I found was this book called “All the light we cannot see” It’s a historical fiction, a novel that is set in wartime France, that involves a young blind girl, whose French and a young German man, and the way their lives end up interacting throughout the course of the book.
It’s a fabulous title. It was one of those “All the light we cannot see” that actually illuminated for me not only human history, but humanity itself.
Sometimes it’s nice to have a book that you pick up and you just cherish as you read as you relax, if you’re at the beach, or if you’re at home or just want to wake up in the morning, you get started into a day with something other than what am I responsible for, but rather something that can awaken and illuminate life for me.
This is one of those books illuminating life- “All the light we cannot see”
Enjoy.
